SHIPPING CHARGES

There are no shipping fees for any products purchased from the website www.xtremeacoustics.com. However, in the event that a shipment is refused, the customer will be held liable for the original shipping charges, as well as the cost of returning the package to us. This total amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

PRODUCT REPAIR & REPLACEMENTS

We are committed to addressing all technical inquiries regarding our products and strive to resolve any issues to your complete satisfaction. If we determine that a product has a genuine manufacturing defect, we will gladly arrange for a replacement within 7 days.

For products purchased through Amazon or Flipkart, any requests for replacements or refunds must be processed through the respective e-commerce platform. What if my package was lost or stolen?

  2. If the initial address was incorrect, your package is likely to be returned to our facility and will be processed as a Return to Sender.
  3. Look around the delivery location for your package, as the order may have been left in an unusual location. 
  4. See if someone else accepted the delivery, such as a roommate or neighbor. 
  5. Check in with your local post office, as packages are often held there for pick up. 

We are unable to issue refunds or credits for items that the carrier confirms have been delivered.
