If the product is purchased from Amazon or Flipkart, any problem with the product is advised to get it replaced or a refund from the respective e-portal.
If you wish to get it replaced directly from us for any product purchased through the e-com portal, then the customer will have to bear the nominal shipping charges which will be conveyed to the customer. the proceeds will be used to pay the shipping firm to ship the product.

What if my package was lost or stolen?
Look around the delivery location for your package, as the order may have been left in an unusual location. See if someone else accepted the delivery, such as a roommate or neighbor. Check in with your local post office, as packages are often held there for pick up. Xtreme Acoustics does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
