WARRANTY

All Xtreme Acoustics products are warranted for one year from date of purchase. The warranty is applicable only on technical issues and not if there is any physical damage.

SHIPPING CHARGES

There is no shipping fee on any product that is purchased from the website www.xtremeacoustics.com. However, if  any shipment is refused, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

PRODUCT REPLACEMENTS

We entertain all the technical queries of the product and it is our endeavour to resolve them to the utmost level of your satisfaction. However, if we feel that the product genuinely has some manufacturing issue, we are ready to replace the product.

If the product is purchased from Amazon or Flipkart, any replacement or refund has to be issued from the respective e-portal only. Incase, you want us to do the replacement then you have to arrange the shipping and have to send the product to our head office address as mentioned below:-

Change of delivery address

Unfortunately once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes. Please make sure to double check your shipping and billing information is correct before submitting your order.

What if my package was lost or stolen?

Xtreme Acoustics is not liable for lost, stolen, tampered with, or carrier delayed packages. What if my package was marked delivered but not received? If you didn’t receive your package, please follow the steps below: Verify the shipping address provided is correct. If the initial address provided was incorrect, your package will most likely be returned to our facility and processed as a Return To Sender.
Look around the delivery location for your package, as the order may have been left in an unusual location. See if someone else accepted the delivery, such as a roommate or neighbor. Check in with your local post office, as packages are often held there for pick up. Xtreme Acoustics does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

No Refund Policy

NOTE: We do not issue refunds. We only provide replacements for manufacturing defects. Inform us about manufacturing defects within 48 hours of delivery. Physical damage to the product by way of handling will not be taken into account for replacement.
